The AGM will include updates on the past year’s activities, financial reporting, and key organizational matters. It will also include the election of members to the Board of Directors, providing an opportunity for members in good standing to stand for election and vote on incoming board members. Members intending to stand for election are asked to please make their intent known to the Board Chair by June 15, by emailing contact@ipac-alberta.ca.

 

Please note that, in order to be eligible to vote at the AGM, members must hold a current IPAC Canada membership and be in good standing at the time of the meeting. A quorum is required in order for voting to proceed.
